The Roadrunner Workshop system comprises four main modules with a purchase order processing system currently under development. Below is a run down of the current modules and a brief comment on how they can help your business.

Garage Job Costing

Provides complete control of running workshop and garage operations. Caters for not only own vehicles and trailers but also third party work. Master jobs can be created to provide a complete breakdown of parts, labour and checks required on a service, etc. Fitter's job sheets and parts requirement reports are available. A diary detailing all work and status of work is also included.

POS (Point of Sale) Garage Module

Having established a varied database of Roadrunner Garage users, several customers have subsequently obtained dealership agreements with truck manufacturers. To assist in these partnerships Road Tech have developed a Point of Sale module to allow on- the-spot ordering, invoicing and payment of stock items or service/repair charges. This module has the ability to download stock items and service categories from manufacturer's main computer systems providing a powerful addition to the Roadrunner Workshop module.

Stock Control

Fully integrated stock control system with master parts and individual stock records. Minimum and Maximum stock levels with preferred supplier, lead time and bin locations, stock check indicator and full warranty recording and enquiry facilities.

Tyre Control System

In addition to the warranty tracking provided as part of the Stock Control system, the Tyre Control System will provide a graphical picture of a vehicle/trailers axle layout and shows a complete history of the location of tyres on a vehicle/trailer, the depth gauge reading of the tyre and the serial number. Included is a tyre rotation facility and a complete suite of screen enquiries and printed reports.

Garage Invoicing

Fully integrated with the Garage Job Costing System to provide the ability to Invoice Garage Jobs for third party customers. If the Roadrunner Accounts System is installed the Sales Account will be updated automatically.

Purchase Order Processing

As stated above, this module is currently under development, but will provide a full parts ordering system, with previous best price, supplier details, automatic purchase order number, purchase order form and link to Stock and Roadrunner Accounts.
