You can travel through most of our site without having to provide information about yourself. But sometimes we do need information to provide services that you request, and this statement of privacy explains data collection and use in those situations.
Purchase of Products and Services
When buying software or access to services through our site, you will be asked to supply some personal information, for example, your Credit Card Billing Address. We do not store or keep any of these details. This information is only used for the purpose of conducting the transaction and is removed from our system upon completion.
Product and Service Registration
To register your software or to subscribe to our online services, you will be required to provide us with some details on you and your company. Personal information collected is usually limited to your name and e-mail address, but may include other information when needed to provide a particular service that you have requested. Any details that you are asked to supply are held securely on our network as part of your (and /or your company's) registration or subscription record.
Use and Control of Information Supplied
Any personal or company information held by Road Tech has been stored for one of the purposes detailed above. In each case, the capturing of this information is generated by a visitor to our site requesting access to a particular product or service. Road Tech carefully protects your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We do not sell any of these details to any third party. We may, on occasion, use the information ourselves to inform you of other products and services, supplied by Road Tech, that we believe may be of interest to you.

All of the products or services marketed by Road Tech are targeted at businesses. Therefore, we do not intentionally capture or store any information pertaining to minors.
