Q: Do I have to be a Roadrunner user to use Roadrunner SDI?
A: No, Roadrunner SDI has an independent web interface that anyone can use.

Q: Can my customer view his signatures on the web?
A: Yes, the signatures will be available through the Roadrunner E-Commerce suite and the SDI web interface for non-Roadrunner users.

Q: Does my driver have to enter date and time or does the system record times automatically?
A: The driver taps "Mark As Collected" and the time and date are automatically recorded.

Q: I have heard that these PDA's/iMate's have E-mail and internet access, can I restrict the driver access to Roadrunner SDI and telephone only?
A: Yes, the iMate/PDA's can be configured to Roadrunner SDI only if that is what you require.

Q: Do I require a separate phone to the iMate?
A: No, the iMate includes a standard GSM mobile phone which incorporates GPRS for Roadrunner SDI.

Q: How does a driver delete jobs once he/she has completed the job?
A: On the job details section of the PDA software click on "Options" and "Complete Job". This will also delete the job from the iMate.

Q: Can I use Roadrunner SDI if I don't have an iMate?
A: Yes, but you will need a bluetooth enabled mobile phone that supports GPRS and a bluetooth enabled Pocket PC 2002. This also relies on you having a different version of Roadrunner SDI, though it behaves in just the same way.

Q: What if my phone cannot get a GPRS signal?
A: That's OK - Roadrunner SDI will store all the information until your phone is in a good signal area again!
